- Burners for condensing boilers






PERFORMANCES
- Emissions: below the European Standards.
- Specific load: from 20 up to 400W/cm2; adjustable input according to the appliance geometry.
- Modulation: beyond 1:10
- Durability: the burner has been specifically designed to resist thermal fatigue and corrosion. Tests have been carried out under extreme conditions which equate to 12-15 years life in a domestic application. Worgas has an in-house sophisticated life test facility.

SIZE & CHARACTERISTICS
- Flat and cylindrical design in different sizes.
- Blue and Radiant mode.
- Methane gas as well as liquid petroleum gas can be used.

CONSTRUCTION
To avoid corrosion, high temperature resistant materials are used.
The port pattern is designed to achieve extremely short flames.

WORGAS' EXPERIENCE
The manufacture of a burner to this design requires knowledge of punching port patterns, accurate press forming, "TIG" welding and assembly. All these operations have been undertaken by Worgas for more than 30 years in over millions of domestic gas burners.

The burner is characterized by a stable IONO-signal all over the complete modulation range and in particular, it is suitable to the combination with intelligent combustion regulation systems.
