We are pleased to announce that on the 17th December 2009 Aeromatix became a division of Worgas Burners Ltd. being the UK subsidiary of Worgas Bruciatori Srl.

Aeromatix is the largest volume UK manufacturer of gas burners and associated components. It has an impressive history of innovative product development and quality manufacturing.

 Worgas Group is now offering the most complete gas burner range and burner spare parts for domestic and commercial appliances. By incorporating Aeromatix into Worgas Burners Ltd. we will develop the two brands and manufacturing operations in Derbyshire UK and Formigine Italy to give our customers an even greater choice of product, design and logistic supply.

 We see this as an important step towards our " Vision ":

• to be recognised for our pioneering technology, outstanding quality and service to achieve continuous growth and be strategic partner of choice in our sectors;
• to develop innovative technology that contributes to safeguarding our environment;
• to be recognised by collaborators, suppliers and clients for our loyalty in actions and service.

 The coming months will be used for the integration process. Rest assured that this process will not disrupt our regular business. You should continue to speak and operate the business with your established contacts both at Aeromatix and Worgas. Supply and manufacturing arrangements will remain as you have agreed.
