Dr. Gunther Berthold has been appointed to the position of
Managing Director, Worgas Bruciatori srl effective from 1st February 2009.
Mr. Renzo Vecchi wish continue as Chairman of the Board, and his daughters
Cristina and Simona will continue with important roles as Directors of the
company.

Dr. Gunther Berthold is 46 years old and received his doctorate in Physics
from the Technical University of Munich, Germany in 1993. He subsequently
joined the University of Modena as Research Fellow. During that time his
interest was in semiconductor physics with applications in high frequency
and photovoltaic devices.

Dr. Gunther Berthold joined Worgas Bruciatori in 1994 and has served the
company in different roles since. He started his carreer as Project
Engineer, then was appointed Technical Director, subsequently Marketing
Director and in 2007 Managing Director of Worgas Inc., USA.

appointment further strengthens our gas burner business and will enable us

increasing our worlwide market share. We also see a structural change in the
