Company

| Worgas Bruciatori has been founded in Formigine (Modena) in 1965 to manufacture, design and develop gas burners for domestic and commercial appliances. Worgas has invested heavily in combustion research, to which 30% of company employees have been committed since 1965.
In 1987 Worgas developed and patented a combustion method that produces low NOx and CO emissions. The resulting flame shape is named "Butterfly-Wing". This invention allowed the domestic heating market to continue using their existing appliances (avoiding new investments) and to change the old Bunsen-type burners with the new Worgas low emission natural draft burners.
Worgas is committed to several European-financed projects, established to increase the knowledge of combustion technology with the most important national gas agencies, universities and manufacturers in Europe.
After 40 years of experience in gas burner technology, 65% of total sales are exported world-wide.
Always, the Worgas philosophy is to work under partnership with customers from the initial design stage of the appliance, until certification is obtained and production starts.
